ABOUT DENNIS
Dennis is the owner and operator of Complete Entertainment. He established the business in 1983, specializing in Mobile DJ hire for children’s parties and school discos.
In the late 1980s Dennis expanded the business and started working in local nightclubs such as The Private Bin, Bobby McGees (now Lucky’s) and Illusions. At this time and during the early 1990s the business grew rapidly and Dennis was able to branch out and become involved in major corporate functions and larger venues. Events such as Mobile Wedding DJ’s, 21st Birthdays, Trivia and Theme Nights, School Discos, Video Discos and Fundraising Nights became a regular part of the business. From 2000 onwards the business has gained regular dealings with some large companies to supply Mobile DJ hire, Sound, Lighting, Comperes and Announcers.
Dennis employed extra staff with similar music knowledge and skills to help cover the growing demand for Complete Entertainment’s services. He also established permanent dealings with a large number of reputable organizations in and around Canberra including Goldcreek Tourist Resort, Bobby McGee’s (now Lucky’s), Old Parliament House, ANU and Thredbo Alpine Hotel, International Hairstylists Society, CPW, ICW, Belconnen Magpies Sports Club, Bunnings Wharehouses and Miss Muddy Events.
Complete Entertainment is a full time job for Dennis, who guarantees that every job, no matter how small or large, is handled professionally. He ensures that all clients will be very satisfied with Complete Entertainment.
ABOUT OWEN
Owen works for Complete Entertainment as a Mobile DJ and MC. He attributes his broad knowledge of music to his parents and friends. Owen’s well-developed music collection includes many genres ranging from classical, jazz and pop to rap, hip hop and techno.
Owen began DJing in 1998 as part of Burgmann College’s DJ club where he was involved in providing music for Orientation celebrations, college toga parties, fund raising and private functions.
In 2001 Owen joined Dennis and Complete Entertainment, bringing his continually growing music collection and his excellent knowledge of music to audiences. Owen is an incredibly versatile Canberra Mobile DJ, appealing to groups of all ages and backgrounds. He specializes in making his crowds dance the night away and guarantees to play any song you might ask for (within his collection, of course!)
ABOUT WAYNE (DJ Esscue)
In 2000 Wayne joined the team with an extensive knowledge of sound and lighting equipment, since then he has become Complete Entertainment’s full time Technician and Sound Engineer, he now also maintains and tunes some of Canberra’s top venues systems. Wayne also assists in the setup of all large sound hire and lighting hire.
After establishing himself as a popular Canberra Mobile DJ he has gone on to be one of Canberra’s leading club DJ’s under the name of DJ Esscue and makes regular appearances at top night spots such as Academy, North Bar, HaHa Bar, All Bar Nun, The Loft @ Duxton and The Lighthouse. Wayne has become a very important part of the business.
ABOUT NEIL
Neil is a musician, singer, producer and owner of one of the biggest production companies in NSW/ACT. Neil is an absolute legend of the Australian Rock Scene, being part of the production and playing in numerous bands over the last 30 years and alongside some of Australia’s great iconic rock acts. In conjunction with NSW Sound & Light, Complete Entertainment is now able to offer top quality equipment and professional advice for bands and all types of live acts thanks to Neil’s limitless knowledge of the industry.

ABOUT DJ Nitro
Nicole aka “Niki” is a fantastic addition to Complete Entertainment; she brings her extensive knowledge of the hospitality and entertainment industry with her.
Niki is a part-time model/DJ/pro wrestler and actor appearing in the ongoing hit TV Series and movies “Housos”, numerous advertising campaigns and is still the Queen of Karaoke on the coast.
This lady is no stranger to the public limelight and was born to entertain.

ABOUT DJ “Retro” REX
Rex has joined Complete Entertainment on a casual basis purely because of his knowledge of the 70’s & 80’s party tracks. From Wham to MC Hammer and everything in between, if you want to hear all those corny old tunes that we grew up on at your next theme/fancy dress night then DJ “Retro” Rex is your man.
ABOUT DE
De joined Complete Entertainment’s DJ team early 2012. Aside from her incredible knowledge of all the latest Dance, R n B, Pop and Top 40 tracks. De is also a Latin Dance instructor and has a huge database of danceable Latin songs ranging from Salsa, Cha Cha, Zouk and bachata. So if you’re looking for a DJ who is up-to-date with all the newest music, or if you want to groove to some Latin tunes, then De is the perfect Mobile DJ choice for you.”
